Starlite Shopping Mall Returns Policy: We take maximum care in quality control. If a customer is still not satisfied with the product, he/she may return the product for replacement/refund . The customer must return the product within 14 days after receiving it. The product must be unused and should be in the original condition in which it was purchased (shipping is not refunded).
Non-Faulty Goods Returns Policy: At our discretion, non-faulty goods may be exchanged for replacement goods, or we may offer a refund excluding shipping fees.
This is on condition that:
* The goods are returned in perfect condition
* The goods are returned within fourteen days of purchase; and
* You produce proof of purchase.
Non-faulty goods maybe exchanged in different sizes/colours or styles within 14 days via head office. You will be required to send them back at your cost and we may at our discretion charge additional cost for re-delivery.
Please note the colours of the various products, materials and fabrics in this on-line catalogue have been reproduced as accurately as possible within the limitations of photographic and image processes. We shall hold no liability in this respect.
Please Note: We will refund your original delivery charge + your return postage when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted or disliked.
Any faulty or damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hours so that we can provide you details on how to send it to us. If after checking, we do find the returned goods to be faulty or damaged, we will process a full refund including the P&P paid and provide A FREEPOST ADDRESS.

In the interest of Hygiene, we are unable to exchange or refund any type of jewellery unless faulty.
